The Details…

What kind of bike can we ride?

You choose! We can build you a mountain bike, gravel bike, or e-mountain bike (e-MTB) guided experience.

Do I need my own bike?

Dirt Town Adventures does not own rental bikes, so you’ll need to reserve bikes through a local bike shop. We can help transport you and the bikes to the trail. See our FAQ page for rental bike options both in Teton Valley & Jackson.

How many people can come?

We can easily accommodate groups of up to four people. For groups larger than four, please give us a call first to discuss logistics for bikes and vehicles.

How long do we ride for?

Our half-day tours usually involve approximately 2 - 2.5 hours pedaling time and about 4 hours total duration, including ground transport. Our full-day tours usually involve approximately 4 - 6 hours pedaling time and about 6 - 8 hours total duration. The full-day tour also includes lunch.

What aged riders do you cater to?

Bring the whole fam! We can design a fun group experience for riders aged 5 and older.

What skill level do I need to have?

None! Our tours are guided instructional rides and are led by certified professional mountain bike coaches. So, tours can be designed for any skill level, from brand new beginner to expert. We’ll teach you the basics and give you tips and tricks out on the trail to stay safe and progress your skills.

Where do we ride?

Dirt Town Adventures is permitted to operate on the Caribou-Targhee National Forest - Teton Basin Ranger District. This means we have a wide variety of trails to choose from, all based out of the Teton Valley area - Victor, Driggs & Tetonia in Idaho & also Alta, Wyoming.

We’ll choose together based on your desired ride length along with the group skill and endurance level.

Once I hit the “book a tour” button, what happens?

We’ll get an email with all your info and date requests from our online form. Then we’ll check our calendar and see if we can accommodate your request. If you have flexibility with your dates/times, that is super helpful for us to know. We’re a small outfit and we want to do our best to be able to accommodate your schedule! Once we can confirm availability, we’ll get in touch with you to dial in the logistics and gear needs and then send you an invoice to hold your reservation/pay for your tour.

If you have more questions before you decide to book a tour, please visit our FAQ page for additional info.
